Benefits Documents


  1. If you see folder icons in the list, click the plus sign (+) to the left of the folder to open it and show you available documents.
  2. To view documents, click on the document name.
  3. Both Microsoft and Google have made security updates recently that may not allow you to directly open a document. You may need to download the document and then open it.
    • This somewhat tedious process is done to allow the antivirus program on your computer scan the document for malware BEFORE you open it.

  • Click on the plus sign (+) next to a folder to show documents available within that folder.
  • Click on the document name to download/view it.
  • Click on the minus sign (-) to collapse a folder.
  • Some of these documents may be rather large. Depending on your Internet connection, it may take some time to download.
  • Files with a .pdf suffix require the Adobe Acrobat reader. This program is already installed on most computers. You may download it free from
  • Files with a .doc suffix require Microsoft Word.
  • Files with a .docx suffix require Microsoft Word 2007 or later.
  • Files with a .xls suffix require Microsoft Excel.
  • Files with a .xlsx suffix require Microsoft Excel 2007 or later.
